Douro Extreme, sightseeing tours in buggy cars

Douro Extreme specializes in off-road buggy tours, based in the Douro region, a few kilometers from the city of Porto. Our commitment is to provide you with a well-structured, safe and transparent activity — because we believe that experiencing the Douro responsibly is the best way to feel and respect it.

Operational Safety

Before each tour, a mandatory briefing is held, presenting the characteristics of the vehicles, safety rules, the planned route, and the expected behavior of the participants. This session allows for clarification of doubts, alignment of expectations, and ensures that everyone begins the activity informed and confident.

Insurance and Participant Protection

Our activities are covered by the legally required insurance for this type of operation, supplemented by specific coverages tailored to the nature of the experience. The goal is to ensure additional protection for both participants and the activity itself, and to reinforce confidence in each field trip.

Commitment to nature

Douro Extreme adopts a stance of respect for the natural environment, prioritizing travel on authorized routes and minimizing the impact of its activity on the territory. We encourage responsible practices, such as proper waste disposal, respect for sensitive areas, and preserving the tranquility of the places we pass through.
